All of our personal trainers come from an ex-professional sports background and have significant and proven experience in the personal training/ fitness industry. We’re here to help you reach your goals, whether that’s general fitness improvements, weight-loss, muscle building or training towards a specific event. We operate all over the Cheshire and South Manchester area and are widely recognised by our peers as experts in the field of home fitness training.

We employ a team of elite trainers who have all been head-hunted and put through rigorous fitness and knowledge testing prior to appointment. We’ve done this because we’ve noted how the standards of some practitioners within the fitness industry have slipped in recent years: many of our competitors employ unqualified fitness trainers.
